Lamination-coating plant Venus

Versatile and efficient, Venus is the most innovative, integrated and technologically advanced solution for the high speed lamination-coating plant designed by General Converting Machines, which can be used with solvents, water based adhesives, solventless applications, lacquers and inks of all types. Its modular structure, the opening drying tunnel, the ease of job change-over makes it a reliable and easily usable machine for any technical need

Strenghts

  • Modular drying tunnel, openable for each section.
  • Higher efficency e faster evapouration of the solvents.
  • Independent trasmission for each rollers for the coating heads.
  • Advanced high quality electronics with user-friendly operator interface.
  • Its improved technology allows a quick job change-over.
  • Automatic calculation of the tension of each material: Thanks to the new AI systems, it is possible to preset the shots automatically.

Ancillary equipment

With the target of making the work more efficient and simple, General Converting Machines also makes available various ancillary equipments that allow an optimized use for all the plants.

Doral

Mixer designed for solventless adhesives, it stands out for its extremely compact design, the independent control of each pump motors and the ease of movement and use.

Ermes

It represents the latest generation of solvent mixers, which allows the combination of three components (base, hardener, solvent). Ermes allows the production of 30/40 liters for each processing cycle, as well as smaller quantities, ensuring total control over each production phase.

Trolley

Manoeuvrable manually but with hydraulic pump, this trolley makes possible to facilitate all logistic operations directly related with the use of the plants to load/unload the reels.
